NLP Foundation Classes are designed to teach the powerful basic principles of NLP and thinking strategies in a group setting. Groups consist of current DB Clients and are intended to be intimate, powerful and are designed to create lasting change. Studies show that group workshops assist clients in seeing things they would not normally see and to notice change in others that will prompt change in themselves: actions, skill development and mental process. Toggling between private and group sessions brings the most immediate and long lasting results.
All Basic Workshops are one coaching credit and two hours long. The second person in the family is half price and third person is free. You and Darlene will determine which workshops specifically fit your needs.
The workshops rout around in order on the schedule. If you miss one you can wait till it comes around again but attending the workshops consecutively will help you achieve your goals and desired outcome much quicker. Plan ahead in your day-timer. Keep in mind that your coaching program expires in 6 months from date of purchase so plan accordingly.
Remember to keep track of which workshops you will be attending. Check the dates of the workshops as they may change. Workshops are typically from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Bring water, dress comfortably and please be at least 10 minutes early so we can begin right on time. Workshops are usually being held at Darlene’s office. You will get a reminder email to help you make sure you
confirm the location and time each week. Times may vary, watch your email.
Learn how you specifically process information. Are you more visual, auditory or kinesthetic? Align your Visual, Auditory and Kinesthetic thoughts and perceptions. Learn about perceptual positions and how to “not care” what others think of you and feel more passions and be more clear about your own ideas and feelings. Learn mind power so you control your state of mind at all times, no matter what is going on in your life.

What is true about all people-what do we all have in common and why? In this workshop you will overcome being judgmental and all judgment of others. NLP operates on basic presuppositions that I suppose are true for all clients that come into my office. Learn what they are and experience exercises to apply them to your individual limiting beliefs and life problems. Take actions by understanding different views of each situation. Control your life.
Core question…every one of us has a deep unconscious running question that we are always asking. This core question will run our conscious thoughts and actions. And example may be, “am I good enough?” “How can I be safe?” “will I be accepted?” There are many possibilities of what your core question is. At this workshop Darlene will help you pinpoint your core question and assess whether it is useful and working in your life or limiting. If it is limiting she shows you how to shift it deeply at an unconscious level and shift the deep mechanics of your mind.
Can you imagine the power and effect if your core question was operating 24 x 7 such as, “Who can I love today?” “What can I learn?” How can I make the world a better place?”
How do you unconsciously code the relationships you have with your family of origin? For some reason, the family of origin has a huge impact on how you act,feel and believe on a core level. Most of this is at the subconscious level. In this workshop we will do a powerful exercise to learn to appropriately code our family’s energy in amazing ways.
Boundaries and ownership: What is a boundary? How do you set them and how do you enforce them? There is a skill to knowing how and where and why to set boundaries. Learn powerful ways to assess and enforce self loving boundaries, with respect to those around you.
Letting go and Codependency:
Hear metaphors, stories and learn skills to release what is not yours and give back other’s “stuff.” We will go through a powerful exercise to learn how to “Let go” of what is not necessary and hold on to what IS important for your life’s journey.
Controlling our daily events is vitally important so that we can live our lives with purpose and choice. Learn how you can use daily planners, set boundaries and set priorities… Learn to internally file thoughts and feelings (mental filing) so you can have the control of your day that you desire.
Internal coding of time- exercise:
Time line exercise-Learn how you code time in your mind and body. Make changes to align time. Organize your past, present and future.
Discover what your limiting beliefs are…learn how to change them instantly!! Learn how beliefs are formed in your cells and DNA before the age of 18. Go through powerful belief changing exercises… Hear stories and examples of those who came from dust to prophets.
Energy flows through our bodies. This energy keeps our circuits moving and light permeating our bodies. With a symmetrical flow we can experience health. When energy is stuck we experience sickness and disease. Learn how to jump start your circuits and connect this energy to other people in positive relationships, as well.
How do you relate to other people and why? We humans do not end at our skin, so as we understand our energy field we can shift it to gain more rapport those we desire to do so. Learn powerful skills of psycho-geography, mental pictures and internal thoughts that cause us to make significant changes in the relationships we have. This workshop is lots of fun and insightful.
Learn to understand what self esteem is, where is comes from, why we lose it and how to regain self-love. Understand the power of loving self and the balance of giving and receiving. Go through a self esteem exercise you won’t soon forget. Have power in “Being.”
Anger: Learn how to calibrate the beginning stages of anger, how to recognize it, slow it down, understand it and make other choices; gain powerful understanding to anger’s unconscious intent.
Guilt: Overcome guilt today. Learn the vast difference between guilt vs conscience. Have power over your emotions!
