In a personal session, time is blocked out, just for you. We will meet in person - here in my office in Sandy, Utah or over the phone if you are out of the area.
One on one sessions are so powerful because you specifically discover more about your self, your qualities, your values and what exactly stops you from reaching your goals and living your passions.
The first question I ask you when you come for a session is “What do you want?”

I do not work with clinical mental health issues such as sever disorders that need hospitalization or medication. If you manifest symptoms that would need a clinical diagnosis, see a psychologist or psychiatrist.
One session equals approximately 50 minutes.
